According to political circles on the 3rd, Lee is scouting individuals interested in the general election by region and is expected to announce the recruitment online within this week.
He plans to use the online 'Google Form' that was utilized last month to build a 'supporters contact network' to create a 'list of prospective candidates' this time.
Some interpret this as Lee solidifying his intention to establish a new party and starting to recruit talent for the general election.
Meanwhile, on the 29th of last month, Lee stated on Facebook, "If the new party is promoted, it is true that there is already a person who wants to run in Jongno."
