This Item Sweeping Various Awards and Nominated as a Candidate for the World's Top 3 'Car of the Year'

The Kia EV9 has received consecutive awards in Europe and has been nominated for the North American, European, and World Car of the Year awards, which are considered three of the world's top automotive honors.

Kia announced on the 3rd that the large electric sport utility vehicle (SUV) EV9 won the 'Innovation of the Year Award' at the 'Denmark Car of the Year 2024,' organized by the Danish Motor Journalists Association. It also received the 'Car of the Year 2023' award selected by expert juries and readers of the leading Spanish daily newspaper La Vanguardia.

Earlier, on the 30th of last month, the EV9 won the 'Family Car of the Year' award at the '2023 Top Gear Awards,' hosted by the UK's leading automotive media outlet Top Gear.

Additionally, since January this year, the EV9 has been selected six times as 'Car of the Year' by prominent daily newspapers in the UK, Germany, and other countries.

There is growing interest in whether it will win as it has been shortlisted in many final rounds. It was named a finalist in the Utility category for the 2024 North American Car of the Year and also a finalist for the 2024 European Car of the Year. Furthermore, it has been nominated in three categories at the 2024 World Car Awards: World Car of the Year, World Electric Car of the Year, and World Car Design of the Year.
