The People Power Party is recruiting Professor Lee Su-jeong from the Department of Criminal Psychology at Kyonggi University as a talent for next year's general election.

According to the People Power Party on the 2nd, the party's Talent Recruitment Committee offered Professor Lee the opportunity to join, and she recently decided to join. During the last presidential election, Professor Lee served as co-chair of the election campaign committee for candidate Yoon Seok-yeol. In the predecessor party of the People Power Party, the United Future Party, she was active as a member of the Special Committee on Sexual Violence Countermeasures.

It is reported that Professor Lee is considering running for a constituency seat rather than a proportional representation seat. Although the exact constituency has not yet been decided, Seoul Seocho, where she resides, or Suwon in Gyeonggi Province, where Kyonggi University is located, are being mentioned.

The People Power Party's Talent Recruitment Committee plans to first announce five recruited individuals next week. Then, by mid-January next year, they intend to announce new talents every week, aiming to discover a total of about 40 people.
