Overseas Sales Up 111.9%
Korea GM sold a total of 47,104 vehicles in November. Compared to the same period last year, this represents a 106.1% increase. The company stated that this marks 17 consecutive months of year-over-year growth.
Overseas sales recorded 44,088 units, a 111.9% increase compared to the same period last year, continuing 20 consecutive months of year-over-year growth. The Chevrolet Trax crossover sold 25,826 units in overseas markets during November alone. This is the highest monthly overseas sales volume since its launch, with over 20,000 units sold monthly for three consecutive months since September.
The Trailblazer sold 18,262 units in overseas markets in November. From January to October this year, 176,123 units were sold overseas, ranking it first in cumulative export sales.
Domestic sales increased by 46.6% compared to the same period last year, recording 3,016 units sold. Among these, the Trax crossover accounted for 2,306 units.
Gustavo Colossi, Vice President of Sales and Service at Korea GM, said, "The Chevrolet Trailblazer has ranked first in cumulative domestic passenger car exports through October, and Chevrolet’s global strategic models are receiving steady support from customers both domestically and internationally." He added, "We will continue to strive to maintain positive sales momentum through year-end marketing efforts for Chevrolet’s representative models such as the Trailblazer, Traverse, and Tahoe."
