Hyundai Construction to Launch 'Hillstate Gayang The Wise' for Sale in December

49-Story, 3 Buildings, Total 358 Units
Highest Apartment in Dong-gu, Daejeon City

Hyundai Engineering & Construction announced that it will launch the sale of the residential-commercial complex apartment "Hillstate Gayang The Wise" in the Dong-gu area of Daejeon Metropolitan City in December.


Hillstate Gayang The Wise will be developed with 3 buildings ranging from 4 basement floors to 49 above-ground floors, with exclusive areas of 84 to 155㎡, totaling 358 households. The move-in schedule is planned for October 2024, and the project will proceed as a post-sale.

The number of households by type is ▲84㎡A 114 units ▲84㎡B 42 units ▲105㎡A 35 units ▲105㎡B 80 units ▲108㎡ 85 units ▲155㎡ 2 units. By offering both 84㎡ units and the recently popular medium-to-large sized units, the project expands the choices for potential buyers.


The complex is located right next to Hanbat-daero, the main arterial crossroad in Daejeon, providing easy access to Dunsan living area, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), Daedeok Research Complex, and the Dunsan-dong academy district. Additionally, the Daejeon IC of the Gyeongbu Expressway is just a 5-minute drive away, making vehicle travel convenient.


Public transportation is also convenient. At the Dongbu Intersection bus stop right in front of the complex, 12 bus routes including branch and main lines are available. The Daejeon Complex Terminal is located directly across from the complex, facilitating access to intercity buses. The Dongbu Station (tentative name) of Daejeon Urban Railway Line 2, scheduled to begin construction next year, will also be nearby.


The living infrastructure around the complex is well established. Convenient access is available to E-Mart, Shinsegae Style Market, CGV, and Youngpoong Bookstore located inside the Daejeon Complex Bus Terminal in front of the complex. In addition, numerous financial institutions including Daejeon Korea Hospital are situated nearby, enabling residents to enjoy a convenient lifestyle.


Nearby, Maebong Children's Park and Seongnam Children's Park are located, and residents can also enjoy Gobongsan and Maebongsan mountains. Within a 1 km radius of the complex are Gayang Elementary and Gayang Middle Schools, and the Dongdaejeon Municipal Library (2nd Municipal Library), scheduled to open in December next year, ensures a favorable educational environment.


In particular, Dong-gu, Daejeon City, is expected to see a significant improvement in residential environment with plans to develop about 20,000 households and the establishment of an urban convergence special zone. In fact, the nearby Seongnam 1 District has completed relocation and demolition and is planning sales. Seongnam 2 District (Guseong), Seongnam 3 District, and Gayang 5 District are preparing for project implementation approval. In addition, various development plans are underway including private development around the complex bus terminal, residential environment improvement projects in Gayang 1 District and Soje District, and the Daejeon Station area development.


Among these, Hillstate Gayang The Wise apartment will be built as the tallest building in the area with 49 floors, expected to become an iconic building in Dong-gu, Daejeon City.
