The Shibuya Scramble Crossing sees a daily foot traffic of approximately 3 million people. This location gained significant attention last August when global company Samsung Electronics ran a brand advertisement ahead of the launch of its new smartphone, the Galaxy Z Flip5.
DK Asia plans to run global advertisements in Paris, France, and Shinjuku, Tokyo, starting January next year to promote the presence of 'K City' worldwide. Three video advertisements will be displayed in Shinjuku, and brand advertisements will begin in Paris from January 1st.
DK Asia is Korea's leading large-scale developer that introduced the concept of urban branding for the first time domestically, presenting the urban brand of Royal Park City, a high-end resort city concept, leading a paradigm shift in residential living.
Kim Jung-mo, Chairman of DK Asia, stated, “The global advertisements promoted by DK Asia are intended to instill pride among Royal Park City residents. The 36,500 households currently under development will create a city that embraces nature and culture, allowing residents to enjoy the city within nature and feel nature within the city, filled with emotion and culture.”
He added, “We will continue to invest in the In High Class noble life of Royal Park City citizens and develop a luxury marina, similar to those found in Europe’s upscale neighborhoods, making it a representative emerging affluent area in Korea that people from Seoul will want to visit.”
Meanwhile, DK Asia is commencing the full-scale sale of the pilot complex of Royal Park City, ‘Wanggil Station Royal Park City,’ consisting of 1,500 households. Subscription begins with special supply on the 4th, followed by first and second priority applications on the 5th. There is a six-month resale restriction, no obligation for actual residence, and interest-free benefits on interim payments. Anyone aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area can apply regardless of household head or member status. First priority applications are available even for homeowners regardless of the number of houses owned, and there are no restrictions on re-winning, among various other benefits.
