The two companies plan to expand their healthcare business by linking Hyundai Green Food's care food specialized brand 'Greeting' with NH Nonghyup Life Insurance's healthcare platform 'NH Healthcare.'
Through this agreement, both companies plan to promote the sale of customized healthy meal plans (Greeting) using the NH Healthcare platform, develop service packages linking healthcare services with care food and medi-food, and conduct joint marketing. In particular, they intend to introduce various linked services that combine the competitiveness of both companies, such as providing Greeting meal plans tailored to the characteristics of customers by insurance product. Additionally, they will collaborate to provide valuable health information to customers by adding professional food and beverage content based on Hyundai Green Food's food nutrition expertise to the health content uploaded on the NH Healthcare application.
Park Hong-jin, CEO of Hyundai Green Food, said, “As the healthcare industry paradigm shifts from a 'treatment-centered' to a 'prevention-centered' approach, the importance of consuming healthy food to maintain and improve health is increasingly emphasized. As a leading company in care food, we will introduce services for customers' health through various platforms by collaborating with different industries.”
