Polaris Office Strengthens Position as Atlassian Platinum Partner

Polaris Office, the only Atlassian ITSM (IT Service Management) specialized partner in Korea, announced on the 29th that it held an Atlassian seminar under the theme "Beyond Collaboration in the AI Era (AI·WORK·COLLABORATE)".

The event took place on the afternoon of the 28th at Lotte World Tower in Seoul. With over 100 industry professionals in attendance, the seminar introduced the latest work environment trends using ITSM, the advantages of Atlassian solutions, the integration of Atlassian with the Polaris Office document management solution, and how to utilize AI features.

The seminar proceeded in the following order: ▲ Modern ITSM, Creating a New Work Environment ▲ Enterprise Plan, a Valuable Choice ▲ Adding Documents to Atlassian Solutions ▲ Working with AI Colleagues and Atlassian.

ITSM refers to the management of all IT services within a company. It encompasses not only the management of the IT department but also the management of human and physical resources, partners, and solution vendors, covering all activities related to IT services. Recently, there has been significant interest due to the demand from companies aiming to effectively respond to strengthened internal accounting control audits.

Atlassian holds a dominant position in the enterprise work management solution sector within the ITSM field. According to the company, more than 45,000 customers currently use Atlassian's JSM (Jira Service Management).

Polaris Office plans to maximize collaboration by adding its own product suite as add-ons to Atlassian. The synergy between the 'Atlassian AI,' scheduled for official release early next year, and the Polaris Office document management solution is highly anticipated.

In the B2B sector, Polaris Office will provide differentiated services by integrating three products?Polaris Viewer, a business-use viewer proven competitive in the B2B field; Polaris Docs, a document-based collaboration solution; and a non-ActiveX based serverless web office?with Atlassian's solutions.

The final session presented methods and cases for utilizing 'Atlassian AI' with JSM, Jira Software, and Confluence. This is expected to be a differentiated productivity enhancement solution for companies that have found it difficult to apply generative AI due to security issues.

A Polaris Office representative stated, "As Atlassian's ITSM specialized partner, we have received positive evaluations and quotation inquiries from companies that have undergone actual ITSM implementation consulting. There have been many inquiries about cases where AI features, which have recently attracted attention in the industry, were applied within internal networks and about our document solutions optimized for hybrid work environments."

They added, "It is clear that AI will bring new innovations in the field of work productivity. Polaris Office will combine the core technologies accumulated in the office software sector with Atlassian's AI features to provide easier and more convenient work management solutions."

Meanwhile, Polaris Office is Atlassian's domestic platinum partner and ITSM specialized partner. In June of this year, it became the first Korean company to obtain the 'Atlassian ITSM Specialization' certification.
