The size is about 3,300 square meters (approximately 1,000 pyeong). The production cost was $25 million. Arte Museum is located in the ’63 LAS VEGAS’ building right in the middle of the Strip.

District presents a new media art work titled ‘Light of Las Vegas’ in the Arte Museum Las Vegas space, which reinterprets the natural scenery and the dazzling urban landscape of Las Vegas and its surrounding areas through media art. ‘Light of Las Vegas’ captures the vast canyons located about a 5 to 6-hour drive from Las Vegas, reinterpreted through media art. It showcases iconic casino symbols, neon lights, and representative streets and buildings of Las Vegas such as the Las Vegas Strip and Fremont Street, along with the surrounding dazzling lights.

Meanwhile, ahead of the grand opening on the 29th, a celebration and ribbon-cutting ceremony were held on the first day of the ‘preview’ operation on the 9th, inviting industry professionals and local stakeholders including the president of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. On that day, many media outlets visited Arte Museum Las Vegas, including the four major local broadcasters KVVU (affiliated with FOX), KTNV (ABC), KSNV (NBC), KLAS (CBS), and Las Vegas’s largest daily newspaper, the Las Vegas Review-Journal. During the preview period, the museum received over 1,000 Google reviews with a perfect 5-star rating.

Following the Las Vegas opening, District plans to open Arte Museum in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, early next year and aims to open Arte Museums in about 20 major cities worldwide by 2026.

Lee Seong-ho, CEO of District, said, “It is especially meaningful that Arte Museum is expanding to another new overseas city this year, following Chengdu, China, with the opening in Las Vegas. Since Arte Museum is a space where visual experiences through media art are combined with auditory and olfactory senses, allowing visitors to experience a virtual nature, I hope it will bring joy and comfort to the residents of Las Vegas and people from around the world visiting Las Vegas.”
