TS Trillion "Actively Considering Sale of Seoul Headquarters Building and Paju Land"

TS Trillion, the manufacturer and seller of the flagship brand ‘TS Shampoo’ (CEO Jang Gi-young), announced on the 29th that it is actively considering the sale of its headquarters building and land, as well as land owned in the Yeondasan-dong area of Paju City.

The reason for this consideration is the expectation of a real estate market recovery due to the decline in U.S. Treasury yields, and increasing inquiries in the market regarding the real estate owned by TS Trillion. Accordingly, TS Trillion is actively reviewing this from the perspective of improving its financial structure.

In September, TS Trillion conducted an asset revaluation of its headquarters building located in Yangpyeong-dong, Seoul, its hotel in Gangwon Province, and recently permitted land in Paju City, resulting in an increase of 11.7 billion KRW in tangible assets. In particular, the land in Paju City is close to the GTX-A line’s Paju Unjeong Station route, and the construction of a new four-lane road is actively underway, making it a site expected to see continuous value appreciation in the future.

TS Trillion manufactures and sells hair care products specialized in hair loss, hair texture, and scalp health, including shampoo, treatment, wax, and hair dye. The ‘TS Shampoo,’ which has dominated the domestic market, was launched on Amazon and Walmart online platforms in the U.S. in the first half of this year, and ‘TS Deo-Chakhan Hair Dye’ recently entered the Chinese market, continuing strong sales through home shopping channels.
