Samchully Group Restructures into Energy, Lifestyle Culture, and Finance Sectors

Executive Personnel Appointments and Organizational Restructuring Implemented

Samchully Group announced on the 27th that it has carried out executive personnel changes and organizational restructuring. Samchully reorganized the group into energy and environment, lifestyle culture, and finance sectors to streamline operations and strengthen responsible management. Additionally, to enhance overseas business, the overseas business division was established as an independent organization. Along with this, to reinforce the promotion of future new businesses, the business headquarters was made independent, and a planning headquarters was newly established to expand collective and power generation businesses, focusing on deploying specialized personnel.

Yoon Yang-no, Executive Director, was promoted to Vice President and appointed as the head of the newly established Planning Headquarters. Kim Won-jung, Managing Director, was promoted to Executive Director and appointed as the head of the City Gas Headquarters. In addition, Kim Kyung-soo was promoted from Director to Managing Director, and Heo Jae-hyuk, Ahn Dong-cheol, Park Hyun-gil, and Oh Tae-ho were promoted from Department Heads to Directors.

Samchully Motors appointed Son Won-hyun as Co-CEO, and Kim Han-sang was appointed as CEO of SIM JAPAN, the Japanese subsidiary. Samchully Asset Management promoted Lee Chang-seok, Executive Director, to Vice President. Samchully ENG promoted Yoo Bi and Ryu Sang-yong, Department Heads, to Directors. Huesys promoted Kim Dong-sung, Department Head, to Director and appointed him as CEO.
