'SIPalace Gangdong Centum II' Scheduled for Sale in December

‘SI Palace Gangdong Centum II’ is scheduled to be launched in December in Gangdong-gu, one of the four Gangnam districts.


‘SI Palace Gangdong Centum II’ is located in the Gildong area of Gangdong-gu, Seoul, and consists of 96 apartment units (80 for general sale) ranging from basement level 2 to ground level 20, along with 12 office facilities (officetels). Unlike the mostly studio-type units around Gildong Station, this development features a variety of layouts from 1.5-room to 3-room units, and includes commercial facilities for convenient living.


As a pre-constructed and then sold complex, ‘SI Palace Gangdong Centum II’ allows for quick move-in after contract without concerns about construction halts or builder bankruptcy. It is offered at a reasonable price rarely seen in Seoul, attracting strong interest from buyers. The acquisition tax is also low, with only the basic rate of 1.1% applied, reducing the tax burden.
