Since the 6th (local time), LG Electronics has been running the 'LG Wrapping Bus' on Paris city bus routes, carrying the hope of hosting the Busan Expo. LG Energy Solution is also participating in this event by operating a separate bus, and the buses are scheduled to run until the 29th.
The wrapping bus is a large double-decker bus measuring 11.2 meters in length and 4.15 meters in height. The sides and rear of the bus feature images promoting Busan along with the phrase "LG supports Busan's hosting of the 2030 World Expo," and it has been traveling throughout Paris for three weeks.
The bus operates on routes circling the outskirts of Paris as well as routes connecting central Paris with Charles de Gaulle Airport and Orly Airport. It serves as a promotional ambassador targeting global tourists.
On the 28th, when the BIE General Assembly and the final presentation (PT) of the Expo candidate cities take place, the bus will operate around the BIE General Assembly venue to support Busan's final selection as the Expo host city.
