SH Corporation Opens Dobong Housing Safety Comprehensive Center... Providing One-Stop Housing Welfare

Seoul Housing and Communities Corporation (SH Corporation) announced on the 24th that it has opened the 'Dobong Housing Safety Integrated Center,' a one-stop residential welfare service space in Dobong-gu.

The Housing Safety Integrated Center is one of the core initiatives of the five major innovation plans announced by the Seoul Metropolitan Government in 2021 for SH Corporation. It was promoted to enhance the speed and quality of services by providing residential welfare services in one place.

Any Seoul citizen who visits the Housing Safety Integrated Center can resolve residential welfare services and housing management services tailored to their needs all at once. It integrates the tasks of SH Corporation’s regional centers and residential welfare centers, such as housing consultation, housing cost support, housing supply support, and housing management, to provide comprehensive residential welfare services.

In particular, the newly opened Dobong Housing Safety Integrated Center is located in ‘Seed Cube Changdong,’ a new landmark in Dobong-gu, which is expected to further increase accessibility and convenience for citizens.

Kim Heon-dong, President of SH Corporation, said, “Through the Dobong Housing Safety Integrated Center, we will be able to implement residential welfare services more thoroughly for the residents of Dobong-gu,” and added, “We will do our best so that Seoul citizens can enjoy their residential life with peace of mind.”
