Kakao Brain launched the KakaoTalk channel ‘Karlo AI Profile’ on the 24th, allowing anyone to easily create AI profile images.

The KakaoTalk channel ‘Karlo AI Profile’ is a service that generates AI profile images using the latest image generation models. It can create AI profile images from just one facial photo and supports resolutions up to 1024x1536.

The usage is simple. Users add the ‘Karlo AI Profile’ channel within KakaoTalk and complete a simple sign-up to use the service. Then, by uploading between 1 and 10 front-facing photos, selecting the desired theme and gender, and paying a usage fee of 990 KRW (special launch price), users receive a total of 10 AI profile images within 5 minutes.

The profile image themes will be continuously updated monthly with Karlo’s unique and fun themes. Available themes include ▲‘Good evening, viewers’ which turns you into a 9 o’clock news anchor ▲‘Christmas Snap Photos’ and ‘Merry Kids Christmas’ that evoke a year-end party atmosphere ▲‘Our Prince’ and ‘Our Princess’ which dress children in uniforms and dresses ▲‘Karlo’s Hair Salon’ where you can transform into a celebrity with blonde hair, among a total of 9 themes. Currently, themes for women, boys, and girls are supported, with male themes coming soon.
