7 Areas and 31 Items of Anti-Corruption Management Certified under 'ISO 37001'
HD Hyundai Construction Equipment's three companies (HD Hyundai Site Solutions, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment, and HD Hyundai Infracore) announced on the 22nd that they recently obtained the international standard anti-corruption management system (ISO 37001) certification from the global certification body Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA).
ISO 37001 is an international standard established by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It defines a systematic management system to prevent bribery and corruption risks that may occur in corporate management activities. The certification is awarded to companies that have a system to preemptively diagnose corruption factors and immediately recognize and respond when they occur, according to manuals that meet global standards.

The three companies pledge every year to practice ethical management based on HD Hyundai's ethical management values 'FOREST (Fairness, Ownership, Responsibility, Enthusiasm, Safety, Transparency & Trust).' Thanks to this, they passed all evaluations in seven areas including organizational situation, leadership, planning, and support, as well as 31 detailed items such as corruption risk assessment and anti-corruption policies.
Specifically, they conduct regular training and inspection activities related to standards for performing duties with integrity. They operate a conflict of interest reporting system for employees, partner companies, and business partners. They prevent risks arising from personal relationships that may cause conflicts of interest during duties. They run an unethical behavior reporting system that guarantees the whistleblower's identity. Gifts that are inevitably received are either returned through designated delivery companies or donated to social welfare organizations.
