Appointing 6 SME CEOs as Adjunct Professors
Fostering Customer-Friendly Talent
The Korea Technology Finance Corporation (Chairman Kim Jong-ho, hereinafter Kibo) announced on the 20th that it has introduced the 'Customer Invited Professor System' to cultivate customer-friendly talent. The Customer Invited Professor System was introduced to understand Kibo's customers, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and to spread a customer-friendly organizational culture. By fostering mutual understanding between CEOs and employees of companies, it is expected to contribute not only to the cultivation of customer-friendly talent but also to the expansion of companies' ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management.
In particular, CEOs of small and venture companies appointed as professors will be invited to Kibo's in-house training to give lectures focused on case studies on topics such as management philosophy, entrepreneurial spirit, and mutual growth. They are scheduled to meet with employees at Kibo Training Institute through introductory courses for new employees and leadership courses.
On the 17th, at the Kibo Seoul Office, Kim Jong-ho, Chairman of the Korea Technology Finance Corporation (fourth from the left), is taking a commemorative photo with CEOs of small and medium venture companies who were appointed as guest professors.
