Gwangju Seo-gu Council Prepares for Facility Corporation Personnel Hearing

The Personnel Hearing Special Committee of the Seo-gu Council in Gwangju Metropolitan City has officially begun its activities.

On the 15th, during the 316th extraordinary session, the Seo-gu Council appointed a total of seven members to the Personnel Hearing Special Committee, including Chairman Oh Gwang-rok and Vice Chairman Oh Mi-seop.

The special committee plans to hold a personnel hearing on the 23rd for the candidate for the chairman of the Gwangju Seo-gu Facilities Management Corporation.

They are determined to thoroughly verify the candidate’s management ability, expertise, morality, and job suitability from multiple perspectives.

Through a substantial personnel hearing system, they aim to select the most suitable candidate, drawing attention to whether this will resolve the current issues faced by the corporation, such as management and administrative shortcomings and labor union conflicts.

Chairman Oh Gwang-rok of the special committee stated, “We will prioritize regional development and the enhancement of residents’ welfare, and verify the candidate’s qualifications and abilities through an in-depth personnel hearing.”
