The Department of Robot and Drone Engineering at Honam University announced on the 16th that it held an evaluation meeting along with an exhibition of 16 projects submitted as student research assignments on the 15th.
This exhibition showcased 16 works related to robot control, drone control and manufacturing, and the use of the Internet of Things through various sensors, which were derived from student research projects supported by the Regional Innovation Platform project.
Along with this, six evaluators from Gwangju Technopark, Korea Electronics Technology Institute, and local industries participated as judges to evaluate the students' works and provide feedback on areas that need revision and improvement.
The evaluators said in their overall comments, "We promise to participate as mentors for next year's student research projects," and added, "We expect this exhibition to be an opportunity to strengthen the education system through industry-academia cooperation."
