Supporting Inbound Tourism Activation Through Global Fandom
Interpark, operated by Interpark Triple, announced on the 16th that it has launched a Play&Stay package linking domestic accommodations with cultural performances such as musicals, concerts, and circuses to proactively respond to the global demand for K-content.
Interpark plans to encourage overseas fans to visit Korea through new packages centered on K-culture and contribute to the domestic economy by revitalizing inbound tourism.
Earlier, Interpark collaborated with HYBE to unveil a Play&Stay package combined with the concert of the group Tomorrow X Together, scheduled for December 2-3. The package includes tickets to the world tour encore performance and a 2-night hotel stay in the metropolitan area. Additionally, it offers official concert merchandise, a welcome gift, and round-trip shuttle service to the concert venue, quickly selling out amid interest from fans worldwide, including Japan, China, and the United States.
Kim Gang-se, Chief Strategy Officer of Interpark Triple, said, "As the economic revitalization effects through cultural performances such as swift nomics are appearing worldwide, we aim to actively encourage visits to Korea by developing inbound tourism products optimized for Hallyu, like the Play&Stay package." He added, "Going forward, we plan to enhance our services based on Interpark Triple’s unique content competitiveness to contribute to the activation of inbound tourism."
