NVT Posts 27.6 Billion KRW in Q3 Consolidated Sales... "Continued External Growth"

KOSDAQ-listed company NBT is on the verge of breaking its highest sales record again this year.


On the 15th, NBT announced that its consolidated sales for the third quarter of this year reached 27.58 billion KRW, marking an increase of over 1% compared to the same period last year. During the same period, operating loss turned to a deficit of 520 million KRW.


As of the third quarter of this year, NBT's cumulative sales amounted to 78.06 billion KRW, recording the highest figure since the company's establishment compared to the same period. The company emphasized that, having focused its management strategy on prioritizing the growth of its core business segment, the Offerwall platform "ADISON," the gradual sales growth amid various adverse conditions such as the domestic and global market downturn is significant.


In particular, considering the revenue model characteristics of ADISON Offerwall, which has experienced a quantum leap in performance through partnerships with major media companies across various industries, the achievements in partnerships with key domestic media companies this year are expected to add substantial momentum to NBT's profit growth next year when the service stabilizes.


Additionally, the company highlighted that its global market services, launched this year as part of its mid- to long-term vision, are steadily growing. Starting with North America, ADISON has recently expanded its Offerwall services to Indonesia, Thailand, and Taiwan, securing growth potential through global market entry beyond the domestic market.


Park Soo-geun, CEO of NBT, stated, "This year, NBT has entered an important turning point by continuously expanding its overwhelming market share in the domestic market while securing mid- to long-term growth momentum through global market expansion." He added, "Since ADISON Offerwall is a platform model that grows alongside its partners, we will continue aggressive investments for the success of our partners and lead the expansion of the Offerwall ecosystem as a leading business operator."


NBT's Offerwall service ADISON currently holds the number one market share within the domestic Offerwall industry market. The company estimates that, through partnership expansions in the second half of this year, it has surpassed a 50% market share domestically. Given that the domestic and international performance markets have maintained an annual growth rate close to 12% until last year, the company plans to continue its strategy of securing an overwhelming market share.
