In Yohan, the Innovation Committee Chairman of the People Power Party, regarding the proposal for the leadership, senior members, and close aides of the president to either not run in the general election or to run in difficult constituencies, stated, "Everyone inside and outside the party knows that this is something that must be done," adding, "It's like asking, do you want to drink milk, or do you want to get hit a bit and then drink milk?"

He emphasized, "I am not someone who would retreat based on others' words, and since I am here temporarily, I can freely act according to my convictions."

When asked specifically who the targets for not running or running in difficult constituencies are, he said, "I have already mentioned those close to the president and the constituencies in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk. Then, there are the leadership and those who are particularly close, people who can come to Seoul and the metropolitan area to help," adding, "If they are capable and strong, let's lend our strength; make wise decisions, that is the meaning."

Regarding interpretations that Rep. Jang Je-won (Busan Sasang-gu), considered a core member of the pro-Yoon faction, attending a local hiking club event and posting related photos on social networking services (SNS) signifies rejection of the Innovation Committee's proposal, In responded, "I did not specifically mention him nor single him out." However, when the host asked, "Isn't Rep. Jang a well-known member of the National Assembly?" In replied, "I believe he will also make a good decision."

Concerning former leader Lee Jun-seok, who hinted at forming a new party, In said, "I want to believe it is 100% uncertain, and we are reaching out through various channels," adding, "This is not for him, nor for us; we are asking him to endure a bit, to reconsider, and we are requesting this even on this broadcast."
