[Featured Stock] Unitecno Strongly Considers Establishing US Battery Cell Case Factory + Free Capital Increase

Unitechno is showing strong performance. This is interpreted as being influenced by news that the company plans to establish a battery cell case factory in North America and Mexico, as well as shareholder return measures such as dividends, treasury stock cancellation, and a bonus issue.

Unitechno manufactures and sells various motor parts used in vehicle drivetrains and electronic components, primarily used for vehicle battery cell cases, engines, and motors for vehicle windows and wipers.

Since 2016, the company has entered the battery cell case business and signed a development contract with Samsung SDI. In December of last year, it began mass production of ESS (Energy Storage System) cell cases.

According to a media interview, Unitechno is promoting battery cell case factories in North America and Mexico. This is interpreted as an investment targeting eco-friendly vehicle factories in the United States.

Additionally, in the interview, Unitechno stated that it is strongly considering consistent cancellation of 2.16% of its treasury stock and a bonus issue. The treasury stock cancellation and bonus issue are known to have a high possibility of occurring within this year.
