The promotion targets companies and individuals seeking knowledge industry centers for various purposes such as workspace utilization and investment.

This event, running until December 31, offers benefits including up to 1 million KRW support for moving costs when signing a lease contract for a knowledge industry center, free brokerage fees during the lease, half-price brokerage fees for purchase contracts, and discounts starting from 2% on sale prices for sale contracts (varying by contract area). Additionally, even if a contract is not concluded, a Starbucks coupon is given for phone consultations regarding moving or sales.

The promotion introduces a referral system. When a person recommends 'RSquare' to an acquaintance and a consultation takes place, both the referrer and the referee receive Starbucks coupons. Furthermore, if the referred customer successfully concludes a lease, purchase, or sale contract through RSquare, the referrer receives a gift certificate worth up to 1 million KRW.

RSquare expressed expectations that "early-stage companies and small and medium-sized enterprises facing difficulties due to the economic downturn will be able to reasonably secure workspaces through the 'Knowledge Industry Center Black Friday' event."
