Innocean Selected SGBio as Final Acquisition Candidate

Innosis announced on the 10th that Sigibiotech has been selected as the final preferred bidder for the public sale.

Earlier, on July 28, Innosis conducted a public sale using the stalking horse method and on September 13, selected the MDS consortium as the preferred negotiation party.

The company stated, "Since the MDS consortium did not exercise its preemptive purchase right by 4 PM on the 10th, the deadline for exercising the right, it is considered to have waived the preemptive right," and added, "Sigibiotech Co., Ltd., the highest scorer in the public competitive bidding, has been selected as the final preferred bidder."
