Quiet Rooms and Study Tools Provided for Optimal Conditions
With the 2024 College Scholastic Ability Test just a week away, Shilla Stay is operating 'exclusive rooms for test-takers' and offering a dedicated package.
Shilla Stay announced on the 9th that it will operate the exclusive package 'Stay Calm and Study On' until December 17th for students preparing for college entrance exams, including not only the CSAT but also essay tests and interviews.
Shilla Stay stated, "Our major locations nationwide are transportation hubs, so we have received many reservation inquiries from test-takers during the CSAT and entrance exam seasons," adding, "To help students maintain their best condition in a comfortable environment, we operate exclusive rooms for test-takers at 10 locations near universities (Gwanghwamun, Mapo, Seodaemun, Yeoksam, Seocho, Samsung, Guro, Dongtan, Cheonan, Ulsan)."
The exclusive rooms are designed to create a cozy atmosphere that enhances concentration and provides mental calmness even in a hotel setting unfamiliar to students. Tools necessary for studying are also provided. The rooms are equipped with a desktop air purifier, an LED desk lamp to boost concentration, a tablet, a book stand and pen tray, and a blanket. Upon check-in, eye masks to aid deep sleep, earplugs to block external noise, and caramel candies for energy replenishment are given. Underage test-takers can stay when accompanied by a parent.
Meanwhile, a support event for test-takers is ongoing on Shilla Stay’s official Instagram. This event offers prizes such as Shilla Stay restaurant meal vouchers, department store gift certificates, and coffee gifticons. Participants are automatically entered by following Shilla Stay’s Instagram and leaving a supportive comment for test-takers.
