- Stable Fund Management Added to Recent Trillion-Won Orders
- Housing Subscription Available for Residents Aged 19+ in the Capital Region Even If Owning a Home
The ‘Uiwang Centline Desiang’ apartment complex, located in Uiwang, Gyeonggi Province, is about to open its first-priority subscription. Taeyoung Construction has recently been chosen by consumers through a series of successful bids, achieving ‘trillion-won’ level orders this year, and with stable fund management added, market attention is focused on whether this subscription will continue the streak of success.
According to the Korea Real Estate Agency’s Subscription Home, the first-priority subscription for ‘Uiwang Centline Desiang,’ constructed by Taeyoung Construction, will be held on the 10th. Since it is a non-regulated area, the subscription threshold is low. For first-priority subscription, residents aged 19 or older living in the metropolitan area can apply regardless of whether they are household heads or members, even if they already own a home. For housing units with a net area of 85㎡ or less, 60% of winners are selected by lottery, so applicants with low scores can also aim to win. There is no restriction on re-winning, and the resale restriction period is one year.
Since the model house opened on the 3rd, ‘Uiwang Centline Desiang’ has attracted high interest, with visitors coming not only on weekends but also on weekdays. Above all, Taeyoung Construction has achieved strong performance through the first half of the year and is continuing orders worth about 2.8 trillion KRW this year, focusing on projects without PF loans such as Baekhyeon MICE, responding stably and gaining high trust from customers, which seems to further enhance the future value of the complex.
First, Taeyoung Construction succeeded in winning the construction contract for Daejeon Yucheon 1 District in September. The contract amount alone is about 372.8 billion KRW. The very next day, it also signed a business agreement for the Bundang Baekhyeon MICE urban development project. This project, participated in through a consortium with Meritz Securities, has a total contract amount of 3.4115 trillion KRW, of which Taeyoung Construction’s share is about 1.0234 trillion KRW. This is a project without PF guarantees, developing office facilities, complex facilities, exhibition conventions, and support facilities in Jeongja-dong, Bundang-gu, Seongnam-si, Gyeonggi Province.
Additionally, in terms of financing, Taeyoung Construction secured 190 billion KRW from financial institutions in September by using real estate assets as collateral. Despite the contraction in the capital market, securing such a large amount of funds based on stable business performance is considered significant. It is known that Taeyoung Construction currently holds over 400 billion KRW in cash, supported by group-level backing.
As a result of these operations, Taeyoung Construction recorded cumulative sales of 1.643 trillion KRW and operating profit of 77.1 billion KRW in the first half of this year. Sales increased by 37% and operating profit by 269% compared to the same period last year, achieving significantly improved results and continuing profitable management.
A Taeyoung Construction sales official said, “Since the model house opened, customer interest has been high, and recent concerns raised about Taeyoung Construction have been dispelled. Excellent location, future value, and product competitiveness are creating synergy, leading to high interest in the sale,” adding, “Above all, we will devote ourselves to creating a representative apartment complex in the area where residents can live with pride.”
Meanwhile, Uiwang Centline Desiang is supplied as part of the housing redevelopment project in the ‘Ojeon ‘Na’ District’ area of Ojeon-dong, Uiwang City. It consists of five buildings from basement level 2 to ground level 38, with a total of 733 households. Among them, 532 units with net areas ranging from 37 to 98㎡ will be sold to the general public. It is located in a prime station area (planned) right in front of Ojeon Station (planned) on the Indeokwon?Dongtan Line (Indong Line).
Uiwang Centline Desiang is currently operating a model house.
