Selling Apparel Featuring Poobah Image on Over 100 Types of Goods Including Blankets and Stationery
Everland, operated by Samsung C&T Resort Division, will run a panda 'Pubao' pop-up store at The Hyundai Seoul in Yeouido, Seoul, a hot place for the MZ (Millennial + Gen Z) generation. The operation period is two weeks from the 9th to the 22nd.
The Pubao pop-up store is the first panda goods-related pop-up store operated by Everland. Everland explained, "Recently, as the popularity of pandas has surged, fans who love pandas requested a space where they could encounter panda content on zoo fan cafes and social media, so we decided to introduce this."

The Pubao pop-up store is designed with the concept of 'Pubao's Happy Home.' Everland plans to decorate the pop-up store as a warm and joyful panda family home by adding imagination to the panda living space. They will showcase toys that pandas used to play with and create a living room where the panda family lives, displaying various panda photos.
Everland will sell over 100 types of goods at the pop-up store, including blankets, stationery, stuffed toys, and cushions, which are being unveiled for the first time. Collaborating with the clothing brand '8Seconds,' they will also introduce apparel such as shirts and pajamas featuring Pubao's image. To commemorate Pubao's birth weight of 197g, 197 premium leather keyrings with Pubao's photo will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
Admission to the Pubao pop-up store is available through Naver advance reservation starting from the 3rd. On-site reservations are also possible from the 14th to 16th and the 20th to 22nd. In mid-month, a signing event will be held to commemorate the publication of the essay "Omniscient Pubao's Perspective," written from Pubao's point of view by zookeeper Song Young-gwan, known as Songbao.
