- Apartment management fees can be paid with H Point starting November 1
- Easily convert to Apartment Cash by entering your H Point membership number
Apartment Home Service Platform Apartmenti (CEO Choi Byung-in), which supports the payment of management fees for multi-family and collective buildings, announced on the 1st that it has partnered with Hyundai Department Store Group to introduce a service that allows apartment management fees to be paid using Hyundai Department Store Group's integrated membership H.Point.
The H.Point apartment management fee payment service, effective from the 1st, allows members holding H.Point to access the Apartmenti application (hereinafter referred to as the app), enter only their H.Point membership number, convert it into apartment cash, and pay management fees. The amount can be applied for starting from a minimum of 1,000 KRW in 100 KRW increments.
H.Point is an integrated membership service involving 12 affiliates and over 40 brands of Hyundai Department Store Group, consolidating previously scattered point systems by each affiliate into one. Members can earn points from a portion of the purchase amount at all Hyundai Department Store Group affiliates' online and offline stores, and the accumulated points can be used like cash.
Choi Sang-yoon, head of the Apartmenti Service Planning Team, stated, “Through this partnership with Hyundai Department Store Group, we expect great interest and participation as Apartmenti members can easily convert their accumulated H.Point into apartment cash to use for apartment management fees.” He added, “Apartmenti plans to expand its partnership network so that members can reduce apartment management fees more easily and conveniently.”
Meanwhile, Apartmenti, the nation's number one apartment-exclusive app used by over 33,000 complexes and 12 million households nationwide, provides various essential convenience services for apartment residents. Thanks to increased customer satisfaction, it was ranked first in the apartment management category of the ‘2023 Brand Customer Loyalty Awards.’
