NanumAngels Successfully Concludes 2023 Global Blockchain Incheon Conference Demo Day

Scale-up specialized investment firm Nanum Angels (CEO Um Cheol-hyun) announced that it successfully concluded the ‘2023 Global Blockchain Incheon Conference Demo Day’ held on the 31st.

Nanum Angels has been conducting an accelerating program for about four months to nurture blockchain technology-related startups located in Incheon Metropolitan City and companies aiming to apply blockchain technology. A total of nine companies, including CardioHealth and Caroom, participated in the presentations at this Demo Day. The presenting companies also took part in the ‘Incheon Blockchain Hackathon,’ a related event during the 2023 Global Blockchain Incheon Conference period (2023.10.30~2023.10.31).

Um Cheol-hyun, CEO of Nanum Angels, stated, “This Demo Day was a great opportunity to confirm the achievements of blockchain companies based in Incheon that participated in the four-month accelerating program.” He added, “Based on this event, which attracted many competitive blockchain companies, we ask for continued interest in revitalizing the Incheon blockchain ecosystem.”

Additionally, CEO Um said, “We invited officials from the Oregon government agencies and key partners of Startup Capital Ventures, which has its headquarters in Silicon Valley and branches in Hawaii, to attend the event to discuss close business cooperation.” He expressed his aspiration, saying, “We hope this opportunity will serve as a stepping stone to establish advanced synergy plans.”
