Until the 12th of next month... A slogan encapsulating the identity, direction, and charm of Hampyeong tourism
Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced on the 31st that it will hold a slogan contest to develop a tourism brand that creatively and concisely reflects Hampyeong's tourism policies and vision.
The contest, which runs from October 30 to November 12, is open to anyone without restrictions.
The theme of the contest is a slogan that succinctly expresses the identity, direction, and appeal of Hampyeong tourism. Participants should submit phrases that ▲contain values, hopes, and future-oriented goals that residents can pursue and share together, and ▲are creative, symbolic, and sustainable expressions that enhance the brand value of Hampyeong tourism, along with an explanation of their work.
Applications for the contest can be submitted online or via mobile through the specialized online platform ‘ThinkGood’ or by scanning the QR code. Alternatively, applicants can download the application form from the slogan contest section in the announcements on the Hampyeong-gun website and submit it in person to the Hampyeong-gun Tourism Policy Office.
After judging, one grand prize winner, one excellence award winner, and four merit award winners will be selected and awarded the Hampyeong-gun Governor’s Prize along with prize money of 1,000,000 KRW, 500,000 KRW, and 100,000 KRW respectively. Additionally, about 80 participants will receive a 5,000 KRW coffee coupon as a participation prize.
The contest results will be announced on the Hampyeong-gun website and notified individually in November. The selected slogans will be used for future development of the Hampyeong tourism brand.
Mayor Lee Sang-ik said, “We held this slogan contest to present Hampyeong’s unique identity and tourism vision and to utilize it in strategic tourism promotion marketing. We ask for many people to participate so that more fresh and diverse slogans can be submitted.”
