Kiturami Selected as an Excellent Company in the 'Korea Consumer Protection Index (KCPI)'

Three Consecutive Years as an Excellent Company in the Heating Appliance Sector

Kiturami (CEO Kim Hak-su) announced on the 31st that it has been selected as an excellent company in the heating appliances sector for three consecutive years in the '2023 Korea Consumer Protection Index (KCPI)' released by the Korea Management Association Consulting.


Kiturami explained that it achieved the highest score in all detailed survey items of the KCPI, which consists of the 'Consumer Protection Perception Area (70%)' and the 'Consumer Protection Actual Condition Area (30%)', in the heating appliances sector. The 'Kiturami 3rd Generation Carbon Mat Ondol', introduced to the market since 2020, is a consumer-friendly product that improves various risk factors and inconveniences such as harmful electromagnetic waves and fire from the 1st generation electric mats, and leakage, bacteria·and water refilling issues of the 2nd generation water mats.

The '2024 Model Kiturami 3rd Generation Carbon Mat Ondol', released ahead of this winter, has upgraded quality and convenience to serve not only as a heating mat that simply raises bedroom temperature but also as a premium sleep aid appliance that helps comfortable sleep. In particular, it applies more detailed sleep science so that users can freely set it by reflecting usage environment, physical characteristics, and personal preferences.


Kiturami is also accelerating efforts to enhance shopping convenience and after-sales service by opening 'Kiturami Mall', its directly operated online shopping mall this year. A Kiturami Boiler official said, "Being selected as an excellent company in the heating appliances sector of the Korea Consumer Protection Index for three consecutive years was based on customers' interest and support for the Kiturami 3rd Generation Carbon Mat," adding, "We will devote ourselves to improving the quality and performance of the 3rd generation carbon mat and also strive to enhance consumer protection and satisfaction through thorough after-sales management and service."
