An academic conference discussing the future of the guarantee industry was held, hosted by SGI Seoul Guarantee.
On the 30th, SGI Seoul Guarantee announced that it held the "2023 Guarantee Industry Academic Conference" under the theme "Guarantee, Adding a Sustainable Future" at its headquarters building in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the 27th.
Yoo Kwang-yeol, CEO of SGI Seoul Guarantee, stated in his opening remarks, "I hope the academic community will also come together to share wisdom so that SGI Seoul Guarantee's ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management can be established in the guarantee industry and produce tangible results."
The event featured presentations on the topics of "The Effect of Sustainability Disclosure," "The Role of Guarantee Insurance in the Transition to Green Industry," research results on "SGI Seoul Guarantee's Economic and Social Value Measurement Model," and a comprehensive discussion on the theme "Economic Paradigm Shift and the Guarantee Industry."
