‘Cutieful’ Park Hyun-kyung collected a winner's trophy after 910 days.

On the 29th, at the SK Networks·Seoul Economic Ladies Classic (total prize money 800 million KRW) held at Pinx Golf Club in Seogwipo, Jeju (par 72, 6,748 yards), she shot 3-under par in the 4th round to tie with Lee So-young at 8-under par 280. Then, on the second hole of the playoff resumed at the 18th hole (par 4), she secured the ‘winning par’. This marked her 4th career victory, 2 years and 5 months after the major KLPGA Championship by Chris F&C in May 2021, with a winner's prize of 144 million KRW.

Park Hyun-kyung started as a co-leader by 1 stroke and made 4 birdies (1 bogey). In the front nine, she lost the birdie at the 2nd hole (par 3) due to a bogey at the 7th hole (par 4), failing to reduce her score. However, in the back nine, she showed resilience by making 3 birdies at the 10th, 14th, and 16th holes. In the first playoff hole, Park matched par, and in the second playoff hole, Lee So-young made an error by hitting her second shot into the water, allowing Park to easily claim the top spot.

Lee So-young fought hard, lowering her score by 4 strokes, but settled for 2nd place. Hwang Jeong-mi finished 3rd (5-under par 283), Bang Shin-sil, Sung Yoo-jin, and Lim Jin-hee tied for 4th (4-under par 284), and Lim Hee-jung, Hwang Yu-min, and Kim Min-byeol tied for 9th (3-under par 285). Lee Da-yeon tied for 12th (2-under par 286), Park Ji-young and Kim Ji-soo tied for 21st (even par 288), and Lee Ye-won tied for 34th (3-over par 291). Defending champion Lee So-mi finished 62nd (10-over par 298) to conclude the tournament.
