The Siena Resort will host a master’s Dageumbari fish filleting show and a special buffet at its dining venue 'Il Campo' (‘IL CAMPO’), which offers a gourmet experience using fresh ingredients from Jeju, on four occasions: December 23, 24, 30, and 31, to celebrate Christmas and the year-end season.
Along with the Dageumbari fish filleting show led by master Kang Chang-geon and seasonal winter yellowtail sashimi, a special buffet featuring a variety of grilled dishes will be presented, creating a high-quality gourmet feast that satisfies all five senses.
Master Kang Chang-geon, recognized as Korea’s top expert in Dageumbari cuisine, has prepared a course meal that allows guests to experience the unique flavors of different parts of the Dageumbari fish. The price is 180,000 KRW for adults and 100,000 KRW for children, with operating hours from 18:00 to 21:30 in a single session.
In addition, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy unlimited special wines, as well as various sparkling and dessert wines that pair well with the special buffet.
Earlier, The Siena Group opened The Siena Resort in Jeju in June, and in August, it launched The Siena Lounge Cheongdam in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul. Spanning from the basement level 1 to the 4th floor, it features a wine bar, golf wear shop, promotional hall, private restaurant, and private whiskey bar, offering a luxurious lifestyle.
Meanwhile, The Siena Resort has successfully launched the golf and resort fashion brand ‘The Siena Life,’ expanding its presence beyond the hotel and resort leisure industry into the fashion apparel sector.
