Ewha Womans University produced a total of 10 successful candidates, including 6 administrative officers and 2 technical officers for the Grade 5 National Civil Service Examination (formerly the Administrative Examination), and 2 diplomatic service candidates. Choi Da-bin, who majored in Political Science and International Relations at Ewha, earned the honor of being the top scorer in the diplomatic service selection exam after five years of preparation. Choi said, "I only hoped to pass, so being the top scorer makes me indescribably happy," adding, "Participating in the second-round mock exams and reviews provided by the school, as well as the professors' thorough explanations of important topics, were very helpful."
Ewha Womans University actively supports public talent development through various programs such as the National Examination Preparation Class at the Talent Development Institute and LEET EDU. The university has achieved notable successes, including producing the youngest successful candidate in the 2013 Foreign Service Examination, top scorers in the 2015 Legislative Examination for General Administration and Educational Administration in the Administrative Examination, the top scorer in the 2016 Administrative Examination for the Finance sector, the top scorer in the 2020 Grade 5 National Civil Service Examination for Educational Administration, and top scorers in the 2022 Grade 5 National Civil Service Examination for General Administration and Educational Administration.
