Hanssem Launches Online 'Home Furnishing' Service with VR and AR Furniture Arrangement

Additional Items: QR Experience Card, Built-in Closet Self-Planner, and More

Hanssem announced on the 23rd that it has launched home furnishing services on its online platform, ‘Hanssem Mall’.

Through this digital transformation of the home furnishing service, an ‘omnichannel’ was implemented across the home remodeling and home furnishing sectors. Omnichannel is a service that helps customers search for or purchase products through various channels, both online and offline, to provide a better customer experience. In February, Hanssem applied omnichannel to the home remodeling field by introducing features such as apartment search, contactless 3D proposals, and remodeling manager functions.

This time, Hanssem Mall’s webpage and application added new home furnishing features including ‘store consultation reservation,’ ‘QR experience card,’ and ‘built-in closet self-planner.’

When customers use the store consultation reservation feature to input their interested products, visit schedule, and preferred style in advance, the information is automatically delivered to the store staff. Then, when customers actually visit the store, they can receive product explanations from the staff without waiting.

The QR experience card is a feature that allows customers to scan the QR code of furniture in the store to check detailed product information. Using virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies, customers can place furniture in actual spaces. They can also check product reviews and real placement cases.

Through the built-in closet self-planner, customers can design Hanssem’s storage furniture such as built-in closets and dressing rooms by themselves. After entering the size of the installation space, they can select various modules and doors such as single-tier wardrobes, double-tier wardrobes, and organizers to purchase immediately or send the information to their preferred store for consultation.
