On the 20th, the official YouTube channel of the National Police Agency uploaded a video titled "The Fate of the Fully Tattooed Naked Man? ft. Taser Gun." This video was created based on CCTV footage capturing the crime and arrest of Mr. A, who had previously been booked on charges of special intimidation.

Mr. A is accused of entering a restaurant in Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi Province, around 10:25 PM on the 17th, completely naked, and threatening the restaurant owner by saying, "Bring me a knife." At the time, he was walking around the streets naked without a stitch of clothing, with tattoos covering the entire back of his body from below the neck to his knees. Police who responded to the report fired a taser gun at Mr. A, who was causing a disturbance in the restaurant, and eventually he collapsed face-first and was arrested.

The video shows citizens pointing to the restaurant where Mr. A caused the disturbance while waiting for the police car after the report. The next scene shows customers inside the restaurant looking bewildered as Mr. A suddenly barges in, then running outside upon hearing loud shouting. When the police approach, Mr. A picks up a cola bottle from the table and attempts to threaten them.

In response, the police fired the taser gun, and Mr. A soon clutched his chest with one arm and collapsed to the ground. The police stated in the video subtitles, "The taser gun was fired immediately after a warning," and "He was quickly subdued, handcuffed, and informed of his Miranda rights." The police covered Mr. A’s vital body parts with a cloth before arresting him on the spot.

According to the police investigation, Mr. A had been drinking alone at a nearby entertainment bar and got into an argument with an employee over the bill. He then went outside and entered this restaurant. The employee at the entertainment bar claims, "Mr. A hit me unilaterally." After stripping off all his clothes, Mr. A took scissors and a soju bottle from another restaurant’s table and then entered the restaurant again, saying he wanted to find a knife. He told the police, "I took off my clothes because I was angry."

The police are currently investigating Mr. A on charges including special intimidation and public indecency.
