Providing Ongoing Discount Benefits for Gunsan Citizens

Eastar Jet is offering a special promotion for the Gunsan-Jeju route, which began operations on the 1st of this month.

This promotion runs from the 18th to the 22nd. The travel period is from the 29th of this month to December 31st. The one-way total price, including fuel surcharge and airport tax, starts at 20,100 KRW on weekdays and 22,100 KRW on weekends.

Since the 1st, the company has been operating the Gunsan-Jeju route. There is one flight each in the morning and afternoon. Departures from Gunsan Airport are at 10:55 AM and 5:55 PM. Departures from Jeju Airport are at 9:30 AM and 4:20 PM.

For Gunsan citizens, additional regular fare discounts are available as a personal identification discount. The address must be in Gunsan City as of the boarding date. When booking at the regular fare, selecting Gunsan citizen as the identification discount during the payment step will apply a 10% discount. This applies even during weekends and peak seasons. However, passengers must bring proof documents verifying their address at the airport check-in.

An Eastar Jet official stated, "With the installation of de-icing facilities at Gunsan Airport, it is expected that the convenience of flights for local residents traveling between Jeju and Gunsan will increase during the winter season," and added, "If you are considering traveling through Gunsan Airport this winter season, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of this promotion."
