As interest in N-jobers grows, the number of people taking on this challenge is expected to increase further.

Among all respondents, 81.2% anticipated that job forms like those of N-jobers will increase compared to now, and 65.2% believed that becoming an N-jober is an unavoidable trend of the times. This is supported not only by the fact that 'the concept of lifetime employment is fading' (58.9%) but also by reasons such as 'not receiving satisfactory monthly wages' (52.6%) and 'increased living expenses due to inflation.'

Furthermore, regarding careers (work history), more people think that it can change at any time (79.4%), and 65.3% answered that they want to 'accumulate as diverse job and work experiences as possible.' This trend was especially prominent among the younger 2030 age group.

The increased interest in 'N-jobers' is also related to the growing difficulties in the job market. Although the economic recession is expected to continue, increasing instability in the job market (83.7%), more people believe that even during economic downturns, if they maintain competitiveness, they can seize better opportunities.

Additionally, with a dominant perception that 'additional education is necessary to prepare for the future' (90.9%), it is also expected that the enthusiasm for self-development among workers will continue in the future.
