‘Super rookie’ Bang Shin-sil reached the 2-win milestone.
On the 15th, Bang Shin-sil added 13 points in the 4th round of the KLPGA Tour Dongbu Construction·Korea Land Trust Championship (total prize money 1 billion KRW) held at Iksan Country Club (Par 72, 6,724 yards) in Iksan-si, Jeonbuk, securing a dominant victory by 9 points (43 points). This was her second win in five months since the E1 Charity Open in May, with a winner's prize of 180 million KRW. The tournament was played using a modified Stableford system awarding 8 points for an albatross, 5 points for an eagle, 2 points for a birdie, -1 point for a bogey, and -3 points for double bogey or worse.

Starting from second place by 1 point, Bang Shin-sil made seven birdies (and one bogey). She took the lead early with consecutive birdies on holes 1 and 2, and another birdie on hole 4 (par 3). After a brief pause with a bogey on hole 6 (par 5), she added four more birdies on holes 7, 10, 14, and 17 to complete a perfect victory. After her first win, Bang went through a challenging period with five missed cuts but showed clear recovery by finishing in the top 10 twice in the last three tournaments.
Lee So-mi finished second (34 points), and Hanwha Classic winner Kim Su-ji performed well in third place (32 points). Rookie Hwang Yu-min, who was the leader the previous day, failed to add points with two birdies and four bogeys, settling for a tie for fourth place (31 points) alongside rookie Kim Min-byeol. Park Hyun-kyung surged to sixth place (30 points) with 16 points. Park Min-ji tied for 15th (25 points), ‘mom golfer’ Park Joo-young tied for 29th (22 points), overseas player Park Hee-young tied for 34th (21 points), and prize money and points leader Lee Ye-won finished tied for 47th (15 points).
