[Sale Calendar] 13,822 Households Nationwide Including 'The Sharp Gangdong Central City' for the Third Week of October

In the third week of October, a total of 13,822 households nationwide will begin pre-sale.

According to Real Estate R114 on the 14th, in the third week of October, including pre-subscription, 17 complexes nationwide will start pre-sale, totaling 13,822 households. Among them, 7,495 households are for general sale.

Major complexes include 'The Sharp Gangdong Central City' in Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, 'Trius Gwangmyeong' in Gwangmyeong-dong, Gwangmyeong-si, Gyeonggi, and 'Gangneung Ocean City I-Park' in Gyeonso-dong, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do, where subscriptions will be conducted.

Model houses are scheduled to open at seven locations including 'Anyang Xi The Forest' in Seoksu-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi, 'The Sharp Uijeongbu Station Link City' in Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu-si, Gyeonggi, and 'Jungheung S-Class Eco Delta City' in Gangdong-dong, Gangseo-gu, Busan.

POSCO E&C will pre-sell 'The Sharp Gangdong Central City' through the Cheonho 4 District Urban Environment Improvement Project at 410-100 Cheonho-dong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul. It will be developed with 3 buildings, ranging from 6 basement floors to a maximum of 38 floors above ground, totaling 670 households. Among them, 168 households with exclusive areas of 59 and 84㎡ will be for general sale.

It is within walking distance to Cheonho Station, where subway lines 5 and 8 transfer, and vehicle access is convenient via Cheonho-daero, Olympic-daero, and Cheonho Bridge. The surrounding area is well-equipped with commercial facilities such as department stores and marts, and medical facilities are also nearby.

GS Construction plans to pre-sell 'Anyang Xi The Forest' through the Hwacheong District Housing Redevelopment Project at 348 Seoksu-dong, Anyang-si, Gyeonggi. It consists of 5 buildings from 3 basement floors to 26 floors above ground, totaling 483 households, of which 212 households with exclusive areas of 49 to 73㎡ will be for general sale.

Nearby are Gwanak Station on subway line 1 and Manan Station (tentative name, planned) on the Wolgot-Pangyo line, and KTX Gwangmyeong Station is located within a 10-minute drive.
