Korean Air will operate a special repatriation flight departing from Dubai to transport nationals staying in Israel. This is to assist travelers, expatriates, and their families stranded due to the escalating armed conflict between the Palestinian militant group Hamas and Israel.
On the 12th, Korean Air announced that it will operate a special repatriation flight (A330-200) departing from Dubai at 4:30 PM local time on the 13th. The flight is scheduled to arrive in Incheon at 6:30 AM Korean time on the 14th.
This special repatriation flight will carry tourists, expatriates, and their families who left Tel Aviv, Israel, and are currently staying in Dubai.

Under normal circumstances, Korean Air operates the Incheon?Tel Aviv round-trip route three times a week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. However, due to the intensified armed conflict between Hamas and Israel on the 7th (local time), the scheduled flights to Tel Aviv for this week were canceled. To facilitate the return of stranded passengers, the repatriation flight from Tel Aviv to Incheon on the 9th was delayed, while the return flights scheduled for the 11th and 13th were canceled.
As remaining passengers moved to nearby areas such as Dubai, Korean Air decided to add this additional flight. Furthermore, Korean Air has announced that until the end of November, it will waive penalties, fees, and fare differences related to refunds and reservation changes on the Tel Aviv?Incheon route.
Korean Air stated, "Regarding future direct flights to Israel, we will monitor the local situation and make decisions accordingly."
