Gochang-gun to Host 'Cheongnyeon Ventures Flea Market' on 14th-15th

Members of Jeonbuk Gochang Youth Ventures (Chairman Han Seon-ung) will hold the "Gochang Youth Ventures 3rd Flea Market" at "Youth 1st Street" within Seonunsan Tourist Complex on the 14th and 15th.

According to the county on the 10th, the event, which runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., started in 2021 and is being held for the third time this year.

The concept is a "farm" that provides healing for city dwellers tired of daily life. Young people directly produce and young entrepreneurs sell agricultural and marine products as well as processed goods they have made themselves.

Along with the flea market, secondhand items such as clothing, books, and accessories will be sold at affordable prices. A portion of the proceeds from this event will be used for charitable activities to help the underprivileged at the end of the year.

Gochang Youth Ventures is an organization composed of young people under the age of 40 dedicated to the development of Gochang-gun, with the slogan "Study passionately, play wildly, and work fiercely."

Hyun Haeng-yeol, director of the Gochang-gun Agricultural Technology Center, said, "I hope this event will be an opportunity to promote agricultural products and goods of Gochang-gun youth," and added, "We ask for much interest and participation in this beautiful event planned by young people."
