Lotte Department Store announced on the 8th that the marathon event "Style Run," which was attended by over 5,000 runners, was successfully completed.

This Style Run event took place on the 7th starting at 7 a.m. at Jamsil Olympic Park. Participants gathered at the Lotte World Mall Lawn Plaza from 7 a.m., enjoying the event in various ways such as taking commemorative photos at the photo booths set up on the lawn plaza with family, friends, lovers, and club members, or participating in event booths.

With a photography theme, the Style Run venue was decorated with photo spots and photo booths everywhere in line with the concept "#SomewhatObsessedWithPhotos" to welcome participants. Photos taken by participants tagged with Style Run were streamed in real-time on the "Social Wall" on the stage platform, conveying the lively atmosphere of the site.

The Style Run was divided into two courses of 7km and 12km, split into four groups. Starting from 8 a.m., participants divided into several groups sequentially started running the two courses, which were designed to go around the area of Jamsil Olympic Park starting from Lotte World Tower. The first finishers were Mr. Kim Seong-hoon (bib number 5070), who completed the 7km course in 25 minutes and 37 seconds, and Mr. Kim Min-seung (bib number 1891), who completed the 12km course in 46 minutes and 41 seconds. Participants said, "Rather than feeling like a marathon, it felt like a festival where people who love running take photos together, talk, and excitedly enjoy visiting the booths set up throughout the venue."

After the run, participants took photos at the official Style Run photo wall and photo booths or joined photo events prepared by sponsors such as Canon and Hyundai Motor Company. After the event booths closed, performances by STAYC and Dynamic Duo followed to conclude the event. Dynamic Duo’s performance, originally scheduled to end by 10:30 a.m., extended until nearly 11 a.m. due to enthusiastic encore requests from the runners present at the site.

A representative from Lotte Department Store said, "The Style Run site at the Lotte World Tower Lawn Plaza was filled with the passion of participants who are serious about running," adding, "Also, seeing participants who are passionate not only about running but also about photography, we will strive to prepare the next Style Run with an even more innovative concept."
