Elif Icheon High City will be built on the site at 696-7 Amiri, Bubal-eup, Icheon-si, consisting of 6 buildings with 1 basement floor to 17 floors above ground, totaling 406 households with exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 84㎡. There will be 82 units for special supply (youth) and 324 units for general supply.

The complex is a public-supported private rental apartment, and anyone aged 19 or older who is homeless or a member of a homeless household can apply. Also, since it is not included in the number of houses owned, re-winning restrictions do not apply when applying. There is no tax burden such as acquisition tax, holding tax, or comprehensive real estate tax associated with home ownership.

Rentals are available for up to 10 years, with contracts renewable every 2 years. The annual increase rate for monthly rent and rental deposit is limited to within 5%. The initial rent is set at 85-95% of the surrounding market price.

The complex has the advantage of proximity to workplaces. Various manufacturing clusters such as SK Hynix, Doosan Infracore Icheon Plant, OB Beer, and Hite Jinro are located right next to it.

The transportation conditions are convenient with Icheon IC, which provides access to Yeongdong Expressway, nearby, and easy access to various parts of the metropolitan area via surrounding Gyeongchung-daero and Seongnam-Icheon Road. At Bubal Station near the complex, the Jungbu Inland Line KTX is in operation, and the rapid transportation network via the Gyeonggang Line allows quick travel to Seoul via Pangyo.

Living infrastructure includes nearby Hanaro Mart, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, and Lotte Outlet, and the Bubal Station area development project is underway to the north of the complex. This project aims to create residential and commercial facilities accommodating 3,959 households (about 9,800 people) on a 524,000㎡ site around Sin-ha and Sanchon-ri near Bubal Station.

A daycare center will be established within the complex, and a school bus will operate for commuting to and from nearby elementary schools. Facilities for various leisure activities such as a fitness center, GX room, and golf practice range will be available, along with childcare convenience facilities like Mom's Cafe and Kids Cafe within the community center.
