According to the distribution industry on the 28th, Lotte Department Store will close most stores for two days, the day before Chuseok and Chuseok day. All stores will be closed on the 29th, Chuseok day, and on the 28th, only Bundang, Masan, and Centum City stores will operate normally, while the rest will be closed.


Lotte Outlet will close only on Chuseok day. The five shopping malls (Lotte Mall Suji, Eunpyeong, Gimpo Airport, Suwon, Jamsil Lotte World Mall) will operate without closing during the Chuseok holiday. However, Lotte Mall Pit-in Sanbon will be closed on Chuseok day.


Shinsegae Department Store will also close most stores including Gangnam, Centum, Daegu, Daejeon, Gwangju, Gyeonggi, Times Square, Uijeongbu, Gimhae, Masan, Cheonan-Asan, etc. on the 28th and 29th. However, the main store will be closed on the 29th and 30th, and Hanam store will be closed only on the 29th. Shinsegae Simon Premium Outlet will be closed on Chuseok day.


Hyundai Department Store will also close stores for two days during the Chuseok holiday depending on the store. Ten stores (Trade Center, Cheonho, Mokdong, Jungdong, Kintex, Pangyo, The Hyundai Seoul, The Hyundai Daegu, Ulsan, Chungcheong) will be closed on the 28th and 29th, the day before and the day of Chuseok, and six stores (Apgujeong Main, Sinchon, Mia, D-Cube City, Busan, Ulsan Dong-gu) will be closed on the 29th and the following day, the 30th. Hyundai Outlet will be closed on Chuseok day, the 29th.


Emart will operate on Chuseok day at 93 out of 133 stores. There are 40 stores closed on the day. Stores that changed their closing day from the 24th to the 29th include Gwangmyeong Soha, Sanbon, Ansan Gojan, Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Gwangju, Dongtan, Jecheon, Hwaseong Bongdam, Seosan, Asan, totaling 10 stores. Chungju store changed its closing day from the 25th to the 29th. The number of stores that changed their closing day from the 27th to the 29th also reaches 29. These include Gwacheon, Anyang, Uiwang, Pyeongchon, Hanam, Namyangju, Dasan, Byeollae, Ilsan, Jinjeop, Kintex, Paju, Paju Unjeong, Pocheon, Pungsan, Hwajeong, Wonju, Gumi, Donggumi, Yeongcheon, Boryeong, Anseong, Cheongju, Yangju, Yeoju, Taebaek, Gimcheon, Gyeongsan, Andong, etc.


Lotte Mart will be closed on Chuseok day, the 29th, at 28 stores including Uiwang, Ansan, Maseok, Gimcheon, and Naju out of a total of 111 stores. The remaining 83 stores will operate normally from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Chuseok day.


Homeplus will be closed on Chuseok day, the 29th, at 24 stores. The other 107 stores will operate on Chuseok day. The operating hours of the 107 stores open on Chuseok day vary by store. Stores that changed their closing day from the 27th to the 29th include Kintex, Goyang Terminal, Ilsan, Paju Munsan, Paju Unjeong, Pocheon Songwoo, Namyangju Jinjeop, Gyeonggi Hanam, Anyang, Pyeongchon, Gumi, Wonju, Gyeryong, Cheongju, Dongcheongju, Ochang, Cheongju Seongan, Gyeongsan, totaling 18 stores. Stores that changed their closing day from the 24th to the 29th total 6 stores, including Uijeongbu, Hwaseong Hyangnam, Hwaseong Dongtan, Byeongjeom, Ansan Gojan, Ansan Seonbu.
