Jeil Construction's 'Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae,' supplied in the Advanced 3 District of Gwangju Research and Development Special Zone in Gwangju Metropolitan City, recorded an average first-priority subscription competition rate of 5.54 to 1, with a highest competition rate of 25 to 1.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, the first-priority subscription application results for 'Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae' conducted the previous day showed that Block A2 received 6,894 applications for 1,278 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 5.39 to 1, while Block A5 received 3,278 applications for 556 units (excluding special supply), recording an average competition rate of 5.89 to 1.

In particular, in Block A2, the 84A type attracted 4,485 applicants from the local area alone for 391 units, showing a high competition rate of 11.47 to 1, and in Block A5, the 184㎡A type with only 1 unit attracted 25 applicants from the local area alone, recording the highest competition rate of 25 to 1.

The winners will be announced on October 11 (Wednesday) for Block A2 and October 10 (Tuesday) for Block A5, respectively, and contracts will be conducted over five days from October 23 (Monday) to October 27 (Friday). Given Cheomdan Jeil Punggyeongchae's excellent location and high-quality product features, it is expected to maintain strong enthusiasm during the official contract phase as well.
