All-in-One Apartment by Jeil Construction ‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Gyeyang Winnersky’ in the Spotlight

Apartments that offer convenient access to various infrastructures are considered steady sellers in the real estate market.

Real estate products with significant preference differences depending on location are especially influenced by surrounding infrastructure. As buyers' standards continue to rise, complexes that satisfy multiple locational factors such as transportation and living infrastructure, rather than just one advantage, have recently gained popularity.

In fact, a survey conducted by data-based research company MetaSurvey in June on apartment brand preferences revealed that buyers prioritize surrounding infrastructure when choosing a residence.

When asked, "What is the most important factor when selecting an apartment to live in?" "Surrounding infrastructure" ranked first at 26.1%, followed by △Price 21.8% △Brand 20.7% △Interior or complex facilities 18.1% △Region 13.3%.

High competition rates are also recorded in the subscription market. According to Korea Real Estate Board's Subscription Home, ‘Godeok Xi Centro’ in Pyeongtaek, Gyeonggi-do, which was offered in March, attracted attention with an average competition rate of 45 to 1, thanks to its walking-distance access to various living, transportation, and educational infrastructures. At the end of last year, ‘Changwon Lotte Castle Forest’ supplied by Lotte Construction also recorded an average competition rate of 28 to 1, boasting nearby parks and large marts among other infrastructure facilities.

‘Jeil Punggyeongchae Gyeyang Winnersky’ in Hyoseong-dong, Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, supplied by Jeil Construction Co., Ltd., is also expected to attract significant interest from buyers due to its convenient and pleasant residential environment where living, commercial, swimming pool, and cultural parks can be enjoyed all at once.

As a branded residential complex supplied by Jeil Construction, Jeil Punggyeongchae Gyeyang Winnersky boasts high product completeness. It consists of a large complex with a total of 1,440 households (Block A: 777 apartments, 97 officetels; Block B: 566 apartments) with heights up to 35 floors offering unobstructed views and exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84㎡. Notably, all units are small to medium-sized with preferred exclusive areas under 84㎡.

In particular, Jeil Construction’s Jeil Punggyeongchae Gyeyang Winnersky is an all-in-one apartment equipped with diverse and abundant infrastructure both inside and outside the complex, enabling convenient living. A large street mall of approximately 5,500 pyeong is planned to be developed alongside, allowing residents to enjoy shopping, dining, leisure, and relaxation within the complex. Nearby, Homeplus, E-Mart, and CGV are also close, providing excellent living conditions.

Right in front of the complex, public contribution and infrastructure facilities such as Hyoseong Swimming Pool and Hyoseong Cultural Park are being developed, which can be used like the complex’s landscaping and auxiliary facilities, offering a pleasant residential environment and various sports and leisure activities close by without having to travel far. Green spaces such as Anaji Park, Hyoseong Park, and Ichon Neighborhood Park are also located nearby, and access to elementary, middle, and high schools as well as Hyoseong Library and the Sports Culture Center is convenient.

A sales official stated, “Jeil Construction’s Jeil Punggyeongchae Gyeyang Winnersky offers excellent living conditions with large commercial facilities and various community amenities within the complex, as well as a swimming pool and cultural park outside the complex.” He added, “Additionally, all units are mainly south-facing, with wide distances between buildings and a design of up to 35 floors, securing ample sunlight, ventilation, an open feeling, and excellent views, allowing residents to enjoy a comfortable life inside their homes.”

Various financial benefits are also provided for buyers. First, a staged payment system for the down payment is introduced, with a fixed first installment of 10 million KRW. This minimizes the initial financial burden on buyers, allowing contracts with just an initial 10 million KRW payment.

A 60% interest-free benefit on the interim payment is also offered. Since the entire interim payment is interest-free, it is expected to reduce interest burdens and mitigate the impact of further interest rate hikes in the current high-interest environment with loan rates exceeding 4%.

Meanwhile, Jeil Construction’s Jeil Punggyeongchae Gyeyang Winnersky is operating a model house and plans to conduct apartment official contracts for four days from October 9 to 12 at the model house.
