RaonSecure Celebrates 11th Anniversary by Practicing Love Sharing through 'Walking Challenge of Love'

RaonSecure, a leading IT security and authentication company (CEO Lee Soon-hyung), celebrated its 11th anniversary with a ceremony at its Yeouido headquarters, where over 300 employees participated in the "Love Walking Challenge," walking around the Han River Park area, the company announced on the 25th.

At the 11th anniversary ceremony held on the 22nd, under the theme of RaonSecure's new decade, CEO Lee Soon-hyung delivered a congratulatory speech and management report, followed by a commitment to resume social contribution activities that had been temporarily halted due to the pandemic. Afterwards, during the company-wide town hall meeting, there was a session for awarding long-term employees and a "Dialogue with Employees" time, providing an opportunity for employees and executives to communicate openly about company issues, the future, and workplace life.

Following the ceremony, the afternoon schedule included the "Love Walking Challenge" event, where employees walked 8.5 km along the Yeouido Waterside Ecological Circulation Trail to share love with marginalized neighbors and promote employee health. This challenge designated four checkpoints, and employees passing each point received the company’s digital badge, the "OmniOne Badge," integrating the company’s services to add significance to the event.

In particular, the company plans to donate to the Community Chest of Korea (Sarangui Yeolmae) in the names of the employees by summing the total steps taken by all participating employees, with a donation of one won per step, thereby practicing neighborly sharing.

In his congratulatory speech, CEO Lee Soon-hyung said, "This year marks the first year toward RaonSecure’s new decade following last year’s vision declaration and the beginning of the Yeouido era. RaonSecure, which has steadily grown since its founding, expects to achieve its targeted sales growth this year, and I thank all RaonSecure employees who have done their best in their respective roles." He added, "We will not be trapped by past glories or complacent with the present but will set new standards in the security authentication field and steadily advance beyond Korea into the global stage."

Meanwhile, founded in 2012, RaonSecure is Korea’s sole provider of integrated mobile security solutions and the undisputed leader in the biometric authentication market. It was the first in the world to obtain FIDO Certified global certification and was appointed as a board member of the FIDO Alliance, the international biometric authentication standards organization, becoming the first Asian information security company to do so.

Additionally, RaonSecure launched the "OmniOne Integrated Authentication Service," a blockchain-based decentralized ID (DID) platform service that allows easy and convenient use of digital IDs, digital certificates, and private certificates all in one place, establishing itself as a "digital integrated authentication service company." The company is also actively expanding into Japan and Southeast Asian countries, advancing as a global enterprise.
